Accessibility statement

Our target

This website is built to target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That includes keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, programmatic labels for every form control, sufficient colour contrast, clear error messaging and respect for reduced-motion preferences.

What this means in the request form

The pre-qualification request and the loan calculator use plain numeric inputs with visible values, so no control depends on dragging or on a pointing device. Values you have entered are preserved when you move backward through the steps, and validation messages are announced rather than shown only in colour.

We do not ask for sensitive identifiers in the request, and progress is only cached for non-sensitive fields so that returning to the form does not expose contact details.

How we test

Accessibility is checked during development using keyboard-only navigation of every page and form step, automated checks in the build, and manual review of contrast, focus order, headings and form labelling.

We have not yet commissioned an independent third-party audit or a formal assistive-technology certification, and we will not claim one. When an audit is completed, its scope and results will be summarized on this page.

Known limitations

The broker dashboard contains dense data tables and export controls that are usable by keyboard but have not been optimized for screen-reader table navigation. It is an internal staff tool and is not part of the public request flow.

Some third-party embedded content, if added in future, may not meet the same standard as the pages we control. Where that happens we will provide the same information another way on request.
