Skid steers & track loaders

Skid Steer Financing

Skid steers and compact track loaders do a wide range of work for contractors, landscapers, farms and property-maintenance businesses. This page explains what can be included in a request and what lenders tend to review.

Approval and terms depend on the lender and your business’s qualifications.

Machines and attachments

  • Wheeled skid steer loaders
  • Compact track loaders
  • Buckets, forks, augers, grapples and other attachments
  • Trailers used to haul the machine

Attachments and trailers may be financed where the lender allows it.

New and used considerations

  • A combined dealer quote can list the machine and attachments together, which makes the request easier to review.
  • Used skid steers are reviewed on hours, condition and track or tire wear.
  • A private or auction purchase may need extra documentation.

Factors lenders review

Each lender weighs these differently. We do not publish credit-score cutoffs because none applies across lenders.

  • Credit profile and time in business
  • Revenue and cash flow
  • Machine type, age, hours and resale value
  • Down payment and requested term

Documents to prepare

None of these are needed to submit our request. A lender may ask for them later.

  • Equipment quote, ideally one quote covering the machine and attachments
  • Serial number, hours and photos for a used machine
  • Recent business bank statements, if requested
  • Basic business details: legal name, state, time in business

How the application process works

  1. Submit a pre-qualification request

Tell us the equipment, the amount and a few business details. The form does not ask for your SSN, bank login or documents.

  2. Confirm details

A representative may contact you to confirm the request. A financing provider may then ask for documents such as a quote or bank statements.

  3. Review any options

If a provider can work with the request, you review what it offers. You are not obligated to accept.

  4. Complete the lender’s requirements

The lender or financing provider makes the credit decision and sets the terms. Ai Loan Brokerage LLC is a loan broker, not a direct lender.

Payment example (illustrative only)

$50,000 financed at an assumed fixed annual interest rate of 10% over 60 months gives approximately $1,062.35 per month under standard monthly amortization. Total payments are approximately $63,741; interest approximately $13,741.

Excludes fees, taxes and insurance. No down payment is included. This is not a quote, APR disclosure or approval offer. Your actual rate, term and payment are set by the lender.

Skid Steer Financing questions

Can a compact track loader be financed?
Compact track loaders can be included in a request the same way as wheeled skid steers. Whether a lender finances a specific machine depends on the lender and your qualifications.
Can attachments go on the same request?
Yes, you can list them on one combined quote. Whether they are financed together depends on the lender.
